WOODFIRE COOKING WORKSHOP

Get back to basics during this immersive and experiential culinary woodfire cooking adventure. With guidance from Food Over Fire extraordinaire Pip Sumbak, you’ll master the art of using fire and ember to cook a multitude of deliciously smoky and seasonal dishes from locally sourced produce. Set outdoors with an incredible vineyard vista, you’ll then share your woodfired delights over a long and leisurely lunch, matched to Rosby wines. Everyone is welcome from competent cooks to novices in the kitchen.

Participants Materials List: Apron, covered shoes, hat, drink bottle. 

Included in the fee: All equipment, materials and ingredients. Morning tea and a long lunch with Rosby Wines.
